Brian is currently the Owner and Lead of the #1 real estate team, Heartland Realty Group at Coldwell Banker NHS and the #1 REALTOR at his Brokerage. Brian has been in the real estate and property management field for more than 20 years, serving clients in the greater Omaha, Nebraska area (find more info here). He obtained his ARM® certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2010, his Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation in 2017 and his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) certification. He is one of only 20 REALTORS® selected per year that has graduated from the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC) Le adership Academy and has served as the Chairman, Vice Chair & Treasurer of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors Young Professionals Network . Brian and his amazing wife, Nicole, are raising four wonderful children (Reagan, Beckham, Sawyer & Lachlan) in the Elkhorn area. They stay busy with volleyball, basketball, soccer and serving on the school PTO & SID boards.
